I came here looking to try more fine dining restaurants in Myrtle Beach. I was not disappointed right when I walked in I was taken away by the beautiful decor and the many different bars they have. My server Kayden was very knowledgeable and had no hesitation when I asked a question about the menu. Her attention to detail and overall personality is a 10/10. The whole night was amazing and I will definitely be back for their many gluten free options but only if Kayden is my server!!!
We had a great lunch at Midtown Bistro in Myrtle Beach. We started with a round of drinks and got the Hugo Spritz, which was really refreshing. They brought us a complimentary appetizer, which was a nice surprise. For food, we ordered the Green and Blue Salad with strawberries and chicken, the waffles, the Reuben, the BLT, and the Classic Breakfast with a side of grits. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was amazing. Super friendly and fast. We’ll definitely be coming back. This review is coming from a Local! Love this place .
Great service by Chris and enjoyable atmosphere. Highly recommend the crab cocktail, the filet and the sweet potato brûlée. We will come Back when visiting the area!
This place is AMAZING! The food is so delicious I want to come back again soon! My seabass was perfectly cooked and pared well with all the sides. Lovely drinks, atmosphere and desserts! This place gets 10 stars!!!
Came here with a party of 13. The restaurant was very nice. Our waitress was very sweet. Paul the manager was also very sweet and so funny . He sat down at our table and had great conversation cracking jokes . The food was outstanding . This place has only been open for 3 months so definitely go check them out .
Unbelievable meal! My husband and I were so happy we finally tried Uptown Prime (previously Uptown Bistro). Our meal was fantastic and the service was amazing. We were so impressed and haven’t found anything like this place in Myrtle. The fresh bread loaf they bring out is to die for! It was so soft and warm and perfectly salted with delicious butter. I’d go back just for that! We had the yellowtail sushi roll and wedge salad which was absolutely delicious and then had the juiciest bone in NY strip steak with brussel sprouts. The steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Our entire meal, every bite, was top notch and we both agreed it was the BEST meal we’ve had in Myrtle Beach. Our server Lacey was so friendly and kind and took such good care of us! She really made our experience 5 stars! Even the GM Paul was attentive and wanted to make sure everything came out perfect. You can tell they are really striving for their guests to have a positive experience. The vibe is upscale comfortable so it feels like you could do a really nice romantic dinner or a family night. I highly recommend you check this place out for yourself! I promise you will be happy!
We celebrated our 34th wedding anniversary last night at Uptwn Prime. We were amazed at the transformation in the restaurant from when we knew it as Uptwn Bistro. Very much like an upscale steakhouse. The steak was delicious and so tender. I got the 8 ounce fillet mignon and my husband got the ribeye, both were very tender and tasty. We met Chef Eddie and Paul the manager came by our table and our server Angie was delightful. She was attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed in a very timely manner. Now one of our favorites and very close to where we live.
Beautiful atmosphere, incredible service, shout out to Ntundi he was an incredible waiter, very knowledgeable, happy, and attentive. The food was delicious. Everyone in our party enjoyed their meals. Loved the presentation and live entertainment/singer.
Our family recently dined at this establishment while on vacation. We had never been as I believe it opened earlier this year. The food and service were excellent. We loved the bread service, French onion soup, dry aged Tomahawk ribeye (pictured) and the truffle fries. My nephews especially enjoyed the build your own Sunday dessert. Lastly I would like to give a special shout out to our server Ntundi he went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even learned our entire party of nine names. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for high class upscale dining with a warm friendly atmosphere .

The atmosphere is upscale but still comfortable, with a clean, modern vibe that’s perfect for a date night or special occasion. The service was outstanding. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and stayed on top of everything without being overbearing. You can tell they take pride in making sure your experience is perfect. Now the food — absolutely next level. The steak was cooked perfectly, exactly how I ordered it, with a great sear and tons of flavor. You can tell they’re using high-quality cuts. The sides were just as impressive — everything came out hot, fresh, and well-seasoned. Drinks were on point too, from cocktails to wine selection. What really stood out was the attention to detail across the board. From presentation to timing to overall experience, everything was dialed in. It’s not just a meal here, it’s a full experience. If you’re in Myrtle Beach and want a true high-end steakhouse that delivers on food, service, and atmosphere, Uptown Prime is 100% worth it. Definitely coming back.
